There is no way of knowing how many sessions a client, might need, it is absolutely possible that the problem could be dealt with in 1 session, it is also possible that a problem could take 20 sessions to sort out.
If pushed to make a prediction then the best guess scenario is that most things are sorted in 5-6 sessions.
EFT is not like normal therapy, the idea is not to have a regular spot each week for the rest of your life.
The idea is to get in and out and be free of your issues ASAP, then you will hopefully tell all your friends how brilliant it is, and that is where the repeat business will come from.
We can have an initial 15 minute phone call to see if I think I can help you and if you would like to work with me.
If it seems appropriate (depending on your challenge) I will send some assessment forms to you before our meeting, this will help you see how you are feeling now, and follow the progress you make through the process.
